I’ve become intrigued by social networking lately and have become involved in Facebook. It’s a fascinating way to connect and re-connect, and I don’t totally buy into to the idea that “technology is making us more isolated.” Indeed, I have enjoyed reviving former relationships and making some new ones out of this tool. Like anything, it can become a problem, but it can also be a great tool if used properly. (Plus, it’s kinda fun!)

I can’t quite decide about Twitter, though. Facebook already allows me to put up a status and let people know what is happening with cpwtoday.com too. I am thinking about a Twitter account just for CPW, so I can put status updates on what’s new on the site. (I already do that on the site anyway and this could make it even quicker and easier to update those who choose to want to know.) I’ll have to keep thinking about it. Feedback is welcome!
